Plus One Meetings is excited to be a part of the 2026 National Medical Association's conference. We are pleased to be offering full- and half-day programs for ages 6 weeks - 5 years, and full day options for 6 years - 17 years.
Plus One Meetings is committed to creating a safe and inviting space for our youngest conference attendees to play, explore, laugh, invent and make lots of memories.
Here's what you can expect from a Plus One Meetings childcare program:
Infants and Toddlers: Infants and toddlers receive special attention under our care. They enjoy separate play and rest areas and, of course, lots of love. Our caregivers will adjust to the infant’s schedule and routine. And, if a baby won’t sleep outside the caregiver’s arms, well, we’re happy to rock and snuggle as long as it takes. We provide toys and activities designed to let babies and toddlers explore, play and take in their surroundings as their age and interest level allows.
Pre-school and school-aged children: Our Program Leaders engage children through instructive play activities while fostering sharing and collaboration, and helping to build self-confidence and creating “I can’t believe I did that!” moments. This program will include supervised off-site field trips and excursions designed to explore local Puerto Rican activities and experiences.
