Job Description

Plus One Meetings runs temporary childcare programs across the country during conferences, conventions, and large events. Members of our core team travel to each location and are supported by a team of local caregivers. We are currently looking for experienced, outgoing, and reliable caregivers for temporary childcare programs across the country.  Individuals with a child-care background and/or teaching experience are an ideal fit.  

 

Each program includes multiple children ages infant & up and may last from 2 to 3 days to up to 1 week.  Multiple caregivers are hired in each location.  All materials for the program are provided such as craft supplies, games, age-appropriate play equipment, care supplies, etc. All you need to bring is a fun personality, loving heart, and the ability to be hands-on with projects! We look for individuals who love children and can engage kids with activities and experiences beyond what you'll find in a traditional child care setting.

 

 

Qualifications:

​

  • Must have experience working with multiple children at once.

  • Must be willing to assist with diapers and/or bathroom needs if needed.

  • Must be active and able to be on your feet for the whole day.

  • Must have high energy and be ready to have some fun!!

  • CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.

 

Compensation:

​

  • Compensation varies based on the location but typically ranges from $20 - $30/hour.
